PocketBook is announcing the YouTube premiere of its new mind-blowing commercial series, showing the magic of immersion into the plot of a book, blurring the borders between literary stories and real life.
The new videos continue the idea of "Inside your PocketBook" promoted by the brand film “Epic fight Sherlock vs. Dracula” in 360о format. Released in 2019, the film gained more than 15 million views on YouTube. However, the new commercials showcase the immersive experience of reading in a brand-new way: even more fun and craziness!
Why “Inside your PocketBook”?
Readers are constantly sharing emotions and feelings from books they have read with PocketBook. Some go even further and describe episodes, where he or she would have acted differently from the hero. We all love reading for the opportunity to escape from reality, to try on new roles.

What is the series about?
The brand series includes four commercials: a blockbuster “The Spy Granny”, a classic romance “The Shocking Waltz”, a fairy tale “The Sleeping Daddy” and fantasy “The Witches' Lesson”. The viewer will jump into the culmination of the story, and only a few seconds later witnesses a sudden twist of a book fantasy into reality.
The campaign has just started on YouTube with two fascinating stories: “The Spy Granny” and “The Shocking Waltz”, - so different in style, but bringing the same idea of total involvement by a book plot.
“The Spy Granny” is a stunning spy-action with the main character on an important secret mission. To read a book with such a dramatic plot can be very dangerous – being swallowed up by the story, readers can find themselves right in the heart of the intense firefight! Then, perhaps, they will have to save the agent from the bad guys with guns.
For those who prefer less risky entertainment, PocketBook invites you to dance “The Shocking Waltz” on the most luxurious ball of this season. Good news: readers shouldn't worry about the dress code. After all, a historical novel is supposed to be read in the comfort of your own home.
