company announces PocketBook Basic Touch start of sales. The new light and thin
reader with Film Touch technology will provide even more comfortable reading.
PocketBook Basic Touch - world's first serial reader with a capacitive multi-touch screen with Film Touch technology.
Film Touch uses very thin plastic film (0.2 mm.), which is applied over of the main screen. The new technology will significantly improve the optical properties of the screen, as well as reduce the weight of the device, which is significant for the device which is being constantly kept with one hand.
PocketBook Basic Touch offers a 6-inch E Ink Pearl display, 4GB of internal memory and a slot for Micro SD (up to 32GB) memory cards. New powerful processor and increased RAM will provide even smoother paging and quicker response of any application.
Built-in Wi-Fi will come in handy for easy downloading of e-books directly to the device, as well as for communication and books discussion via ReadRate social service.
